Nubian Center for Peace and Democracy Meets Bana Initiative for Strengthened Collaboration
The Nubian Center for Peace and Democracy and the Bana Initiative for Peace and Development held a productive joint meeting at the AFORD headquarters in Kampala to strengthen cooperation and support Sudanese communities amid the ongoing war.
Ms. Ekram Hamza of the Bana Initiative and Dr. Mohamed Salih Yassin of the Nubian Center shared the history, mission, and key activities of their organizations. Both parties committed to continued dialogue, exploring joint initiatives, and signing a cooperation agreement to stop the war, address humanitarian suffering, and support the Sudanese people.
